Follow the instructions below to set a Team Member on extended leave to prevent assigned online training becoming/appearing overdue. 

This change ONLY updates LMS and is not used to actually apply for or grant leave to a person.


This is ONLY to be used for extended periods of leave, not for Annual Leave.


Instructions


1. Log into myHR


2. Search for employee name in the search bar


3. Click on the 'Actions' tab and select 'Employment Dates'


4. Enter in the estimated return date in the 'Extended Leave End Date' field


This will now temporarily suspend the Team Member's online training and prevent any incomplete training from becoming or appearing overdue. If you come across any issues with completing this, please contact the myHR team at myhr@ampol.com.au.
