As a manager on the LMS, you have the ability to run various training reports on your team members. The types of reports available to you include:

  • Which training for my team is incomplete? – This report will allow you to track training that is Overdue or Assigned to your team members for follow up and reminders.
  • All training assigned to my team – This report will provide you with a general overview of all training that is assigned to your team members including those that are Assigned, Completed or Overdue.
  • When will training become Overdue?This report will provide dates of a team member’s assigned training that is due to become overdue. This will be helpful for following up on the progress of a team member’s training and also to send reminders to complete training before it becomes Overdue.


This guide will take you through the steps you need to take to generate, download and subscribe to a report.


1. Log into the LMS


2. Click MY TEAM at the top of your LMS screen, then click the Analytics button, on the left hand side:


3. Find the report you need, and click the name of the report to run it, OR to schedule it to be sent by email to you or others, click SCHEDULE.



Scheduling a report to be sent by email


1. Click the SCHEDULE button for the report you want to schedule.


2. Click ADD NEW SCHEDULE.


3. Enter the information required to setup your schedule, detailed in the image below:


4. When you are done, click SCHEDULE.


Downloading a Report 


1. From the manager Analytics view (see above), click the name of the report you wish to run.


2. Once the report has loaded, find and click the arrow in the top right corner of the report:



3. In the pop up window, choose the format you wish to download the report in.  We recommend Excel for most reports.


Tick DATA ONLY. 


Click DOWNLOAD.



4. A pop up window will show progress in the report being generated.  When the report is ready to download, a small download arrow should appear to the right of it.  Click this arrow to download:
