How to Log In as a Retail User


If you work at a Ampol retail site, please follow these instructions to log into our LMS.

  1. Please go to https://ampol-retail.sabacloud.com
  2. Enter your email address as your Username.
  3. Enter your LMS password.  You would have set your LMS password when you first logged into our system.  

If you did not receive your LMS welcome email:

  1. Go to this address and enter the email address you used to apply for your job at Ampol with.  
  2. You should receive an email allowing you to set your password.
  3. Follow the link in the email, set your password and login.


If you do not receive an email after following the steps above, please double check your Spam/Junk mail folders.  


If you have forgotten your LMS password

  1. Go to https://ampol-retail.sabacloud.com
  2. Click on "Forgotten your password"
  3. Enter your personal email address.
  4. You will be emailed instructions on resetting your password.



If you have never logged into our LMS


If you have never logged into our LMS you should receive an email from the system when your LMS account is created.  This email will include your Username and Password.  If you have not yet received your email, it may be your account is not yet active.  Please log a support ticket on this site if you think your account should be active.
