Sometimes you can encounter a problem where a button will not respond.  If this is the case, the Zoom on your web browser could be to blame.  To fix this, you can usually press both the CONTROL and 0 buttons at the same time, or follow these steps.  Once you have confirmed your browser is set to 100%, please close and re-Launch your online training.


Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the View menu.
  2. Select Zoom
  3. Set to 100%

Chrome

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots located in the top right hand corner of your browser.
  2. Click Zoom and set to 100%.


Once you have changed your zoom settings, be sure to close and re-Launch your online training.  If changing your Zoom settings does not fix the issue, please log a ticket asking for help.


Desktop Safari


  1. Hold down CONTROL and press the number 0.


Firefox

  1. Click the button with three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner.
  2. Set your zoom to 100%
