If an AMPOL employee is having trouble logging into LMS and they have a Ampol email address it may be that their email address in myHR is different from your PC email address.  It is important that you use the same email address in myHR that you use to log into your Ampol PC each day.


To correct your email address in LMS follow these steps:


  1. Log into myHR at https://performancemanager10.successfactors.com/login?company=Ampol&loginMethod=SSO
  2. Once you have logged in, in the top menu click on Home.  In the menu that opens, choose Personal Info:

  4. On the Personal information page, scroll down to Contact Information.  Click Edit in the top right corner of this section.

  6. Under Email Information, edit your Business Email Address to make it the exact same as you use to sign into your Ampol computer.  

  7. Make sure the edited email is correct, set "Is Primary" to Yes and click Save

  8. You have now updated your email address in myHR

  9. Your LMS login will update within 24 hours and you should now be able to log in automatically.
